Shipping Methods and Rates
Our shipping carrier is UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

Shipping charges are based on weight of your product order. You will receive notice of the shipping charge before you submit your order.

Order Status
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) will not be processed until the next business day.

Please expect approximately the following amount of time for the processing and shipping of an order:
East Coast - 2 to 5 business days
Midwestern states - 3 to 7 business days
West Coast - 5 to 8 business days

Change Submitted Orders
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact an NJCHL representative at (973) 746-6191 within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requested changes.

Report Order Problem
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact an NJCHL representative at (973) 746-6191. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Should you ever change your mind after buying anything from us, you may return any of our products, by mail, for a refund (less shipping fees). Please note: products must be in their original packaging, and UNUSED. Please call (973) 746-6191 for more details.

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return.
